RULES and GUIDELINES

Confirmation with booth number and set up time will be sent via email listed on application.
ALL BOOTHS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
Handmade, original work only. The Festival Committee reserves the right to include and exclude items.
Consignment sales are not permitted. This includes wholesale and retail items.
Arts and crafts supplies and commercially produced kits and merchandise are not permitted.
More than one medium or category may be sold from one booth, however, each category of work must be listed on the registration form. Please try to keep all items in your booth related to each other to avoid the look of a flea market stall.
All displays must not exceed the 12 x 12 space.
All participants are limited to the show and sales of items specifically listed on the registration form. Additions must be approved by the Festival Arts and Crafts Committee prior to the show.
The Festival Committee reserves the right to require the removal of unsuitable work prior to, or during the festival.
All sales must be conducted within the participant’s booth. Strolling vendors are NOT permitted within the park or along the streets outside of the park.
FOOD VENDOR LIMITATION: Vendors may not sell brats, hotdogs, donuts and coffee. The Pentwater Service Club has the exclusive right to sell these items.
Non-Food Vendors may not sell pop or water.
One vendor allowed per show for popcorn, nuts, coffee, and jerky unless permitted by the Festival Committee. No more than three jam/jelly vendors present unless permitted by the Festival Committee.
No Vehicles allowed on the Village Green. This is for the safety of our vendors and guests.
No Parking on 2nd Street or in front of any Pentwater Business. This area is for loading and unloading and your customers.
No Parking includes Sunday morning to prepare for departure.
No electricity or water hook ups are provided, QUIET generators are accepted.
Each exhibitor is responsible for sales tax.
Check in and set up Friday, before show. You will be assigned a time between 12PM – 7PM.
NO SHOWS will not be invited back.
NO STAKES: Use weights instead of stakes to secure your tents and belongings. If a water line or sprinkler is damaged, you are responsible for the repair bill.
THE PENTWATER CHAMBER IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE.
No security on site.
SATURDAY SHOW HOURS ARE 10:00 A.M. UNTIL 5:00 P.M.
SUNDAY SHOW HOURS ARE 10:00 A.M. UNTIL 3:00 P.M.
DEADLINE FOR A REFUND IS JUNE 1.
