Local clubs, churches, organizations, government, and the school rely on citizens of all ages who have time to perform community service and can step forward. Even our local high school students have a volunteerism requirement as part of their curriculum. Whether someone can spare only an hour from time to time, or can take on a more regular volunteer task, they are warmly welcomed by those who are already involved or being helped. Life here in Pentwater Michigan is about giving back when and where you can, and being able to call out for help should you need it yourself.
