Unwind Yoga
A 60 minute yoga class followed by wine tasting for $20!
This hatha flow yoga class will open and awaken the body, yet relax and soothe the mind and soul. Suitable for all levels, instructor Amanda Jagniecki, RYT 200 offers alignment knowledge, helpful modifications and playful challenges when appropriate. This session will leave you feeling centered and refreshed! Unwind with us in this beautiful location overlooking Pleasant Valley Farm and Vineyard in Hart. Enjoy wine tasting and mingling after class!
