This fundraising event will offer two stores serving hot cocoa and six stores will serving tastes of wine. All venues will provide small snacks to go with the beverages. People may purchase a wrist band in advance for $20, or on the day of the event for $25. Some of the stores will offer artist(s) practicing or performing their art.  Funds raised from this event will go toward art education in Oceana County schools.
