Congratulations to the Pentwater Golf Team for winning the Oceana County Invitational. The golf team won the invitational by 9 strokes defeating the next closest team from Shelby. The winning team members include: Timo Grollius, Chance Helms, Derek Malburg, Alex Wagner, Sam Wagner, and Erik Wallstrom. Congratulations to Coach Mike Deruiter and the boys! |

Last evening, Mrs. Fatura and 12 of her students from the “Green Schools” club accepted their Evergreen award at the Mason-Lake Intermediate School District. This is the third consecutive year that the State of Michigan has recognized our district as a “Green School.” Only five schools in a four county area received recognition for their efforts. The Evergreen Award is the most distinguished and highest “Green School” status that is awarded. Congratulations to Mrs.Fatura for her dedication and direction she has given to our students. |

On Friday, the Jr and Sr High Bands competed at the MSBOA State Competition in Manistee. Both bands performed well and received division I ratings. Congratulations to Dan Root and the students that participated. |
