We understand that Pentwater’s economy thrives on tourism, however, we are also mindful of the need to protect our high number of at risk residents.
As you know, throughout our country we are facing significant challenges due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19. Efforts made to slow the spread of the virus have dramatically impacted travel and small businesses nationwide. The Pentwater Chamber is continuously evaluating how the day to day changes will impact the Pentwater area. We encourage locals and visitors alike to continue to support our small businesses as we continue to navigate these challenging times. Our local businesses, organizations, and events are taking every precaution to be ready for our visitors in a safe manner. We will continue to follow the State of Michigan’s Executive Orders and look forward to welcoming visitors back to Pentwater as soon as we are able!
