Park-N-Store LLC has developed Park-N-Store Condominiums, a Storage Association at 3618 Monroe Rd.  We have two buildings, containing 10 units that are owned individually.  All of these are sold out as of now, but we are adding two more buildings next spring.  These units range from 30 x 50 and 28 x 50, with 14×16’ doors so you can store boats with a bridge, large motorhomes and travel trailers.  They have 100 amp service with a 30 amp hookup for keeping your boats or RV’s plugged in when stored.  There are plenty of electric outlets throughout each unit.  Each unit has its own electrical with LED lighting, and are billed individually.  There is a possibility of having heated units available in one of the new buildings next year, to be determined.  If there are any questions regarding these units, please call Dennis Grossenbacher at 616-498-9768.
